I continue to strengthen my neck and focus on core strength and balance.
My neck stiffness (and tilt to one side) plus my upper back pain are much improved. I can sit with my head straight, which is a big improvement. I continue to strengthen my neck and focus on core strength and balance, but I’m definitely getting better, something I can really see in my increased mobility.
The medical treatment and physical therapy care I have received have both been excellent, as has been the professionalism of the front desk staff.
